Having store bought gnocchi for dinner or lunch is super convenient. Since they are easy and quick to make, I'm going to make you use one more pan. Also you will need 8 more minutes to bring this gnocchi to another level. After you try this technique you won't be able to go back to eating just boiled gnocchi. After you boil the gnocchi, strain and transfer to a heated pan with olive oil and butter and saute. It’s really important that you let the gnocchi get some color before tossing them around, otherwise they will be mushy. And you are going to have to order some delivery food.
Ingredients:
1 pack of gnocchi
Butter or ghee
Extra virgin olive oil
Your favorite sauce
Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper
Directions:
Cook the gnocchi following the package instructions
Heat a pan with butter or ghee and olive oil
Once the gnocchi are done, strain
Transfer the gnocchi to the pan
Saute until golden brown
Transfer to a plate with your favorite sauce, cheese and wine
Don't forget to add some calabrian pepper spread
