For this recipe you can use any kind of noodles, vegetables, meat, or tofu. If you have some miso and an extra 10 minutes, this miso dressing is delicious and easy to make. If you don’t feel like making this sauce just add soy sauce, coconut aminos, garlic and any condiment that you have around. One of the vegetables that I don't love to use in this recipe is zucchini, because it tends to cook faster and if I get distracted it becomes very soft quickly.
Ingredients:
Thinly sliced steak or chicken
Vegetables. I used: bell pepper, broccoli, tomatoes and onions
Noodles. I used Wheat Thai Noodles from Trader Joes
Sauce:
2 tablespoons miso
2 tablespoons of rice vinegar
1 tablespoon soy sauce or tamari
2 teaspoons of sesame oil
Splash of water
1 tablespoon coconut aminos
1 minced garlic
¼ to ½ teaspoon minced ginger
Salt and pepper
Sauce Directions:
In a jar mix together all of the sauce ingredients
Shake or mix well until all of the ingredients are combined
Taste and add more soy sauce or coconut aminos to your like
You can use this sauce for any kind of meats, vegetables and noodles
Noodles directions:
Cut the bell pepper and onion
In a wok or pan saute the bell pepper and onion
Add the steak, stir
Cook for few minutes until the meat is cooked
Add the broccoli, stir
Cook for a few minutes
Add cooked noodles, I used wheat Thai Noodles from Trader Joes
Add the miso sauce or your favorite condiments
Stir and cook until the broccoli is al dente
Taste and fix to your like
Serve!
