Stir Fry with Miso Sauce

For this recipe you can use any kind of noodles, vegetables, meat, or tofu. If you have some miso and an extra 10 minutes, this miso dressing is delicious and easy to make. If you don’t feel like making this sauce just add soy sauce, coconut aminos, garlic and any condiment that you have around. One of the vegetables that I don't love to use in this recipe is zucchini, because it tends to cook faster and if I get distracted it becomes very soft quickly.

Ingredients:

Thinly sliced steak or chicken

Vegetables. I used: bell pepper, broccoli, tomatoes and onions

Noodles. I used Wheat Thai Noodles from Trader Joes

Sauce:

2 tablespoons miso

2 tablespoons of rice vinegar

1 tablespoon soy sauce or tamari

2 teaspoons of sesame oil

Splash of water

1 tablespoon coconut aminos

1 minced garlic

¼ to ½ teaspoon minced ginger

Salt and pepper

Sauce Directions:

  1. In a jar mix together all of the sauce ingredients

  2. Shake or mix well until all of the ingredients are combined

  3. Taste and add more soy sauce or coconut aminos to your like

  4. You can use this sauce for any kind of meats, vegetables and noodles
