Together we have served over 24,800 people. In this time, she has not only flourished as a chef, but just as importantly she has gained valuable experience in what it takes to run a successful food business.

She has been doing catering and delivery type food service for 10 plus years. She understands how to deal with the logistical elements, as well as how to create food that is meant to be delivered. It is easy to create food at a restaurant that is taken directly from the kitchen to someone's table. Chef Gaby knows what it takes to cook food that is designed specifically for delivery.

We have known Gaby for 5 years and she has cooked for us on and off over these years. She has done everything from weekly meals for our family of 5 to special events (birthday parties, dinner parties, school/parent/social events, etc.) for up to 60 people. Gaby has demonstrated a breadth of culinary skills across a wide variety of cuisine.

We have many different cultures in our family and would cook with flavors representing our different cultures, which include: South American, French, Spanish, Italian and Middle Eastern. Gaby's work ethic is always of the highest caliber and her personality is a pleasure to have in our home. Not only would Gaby prepare healthy, delicious, organic meals for us, but her presentation of the meals made us feel like we were eating at a 5 star restaurant!
