I’m really happy with the passion fruit cubes from Pitaya Foods. There are not any other weird ingredients added and are so easy to add to my recipes. This time I blended them with frozen grapes and cucumber. Perfect for breakfast, snack time or why not add some rum or tequila for happy hour? Cheers!
Between 4 and 6 cubes of frozen Pitaya Foods passion fruit
1 cup of frozen grapes
½ cucumber and or 3 celery sticks
¼ cup chopped kale, without the stem
½ tablespoon of chia seeds
Splash of water or apple juice
In a blender combine all of the ingredients
Blend until you get a smooth consistency
Serve and drink!
